We have 3.000.000 of deaths from Cancer at five months this year, 1.900.000deatgs smoking related, 16 millions abortion. 500.000 suicides, about 2.000.000 from malnurish and about 1 000.000 from not having acess to clean water, but the problem is 6.500.000milions of pandeinc in 3 years wich most of them were sick elderly obese or even terminal ill, the whole situation is ridiculous if it wasn't dangerous

I don't understand why Mr. Gates is charging $25-30 for this very important book. It closes off a big segment of the world's population from getting the book. Am I wrong?

His body language, particularly, his lack of eye to camera or, to lense contact, his many verbal (...aahh...) pauses and his back-and-forth switching from flailing his arms and the weird "hand talking", to the classic arm crossing, clearly show signs identical to someone who is lying.

Why do we need to listen to this person on this topic? The way that this man amassed his wealth and the way he uses it to buy himself importance and the way he has lived his life, just no. He exemplifies so many things that are wrong with the world, not least the way he performs his philanthropy. I get that he has developed some subject matter expertise on this issue, but he got it by making himself rich. Really, there was no one more qualified who wasn't a rapacious gazillionaire to speak?
