How to install a seatbelt on a Club Car® Precedent® golf cart

How do you do this if you have the plastic golf basket in between the front and rear seats and I have the plastic sides that hold roof.. thanks

Great vid, I only want to help out and add that this kit in the video can only be installed on the club car precedent that has the back seat kit installed. If you do not have the back seat kit this seat belt bar will not fit as the brackets are different holding the front seat pads on. This seat belt kit mounts to the brackets on the back seat kit.
