Thank-you for posting this. I did need to install the game from the CD to run (The 7th Guest) I figured it out how to change it to edit it. Thank-you!

I'm searching very much some OS that can be similar as batocera but only for dos ... Still didn't found it, maybe I can find the way using debian vanilla and dosbox and ecc... Someone having some ideas? Thanks

As a Linux guy myself, I will give it a go. It's just a shame that it's written in Java.

I never bothered with these frontends for several reasons.

1. I know my way around the dosbox.conf file
2. You really only need to adjust ONE setting per game, that being the cycles count. All other settings can generally be set ONCE (or not at all) and work fine for every game.
3. I only play one game at a time. So once I set the cycles count, I am good to go.
