i was 12 when this album came out and already a full fledged rocker but pretty new to metal. i had to find a way to convince my parents to buy this for me because they were reluctant to buy me a “Slayer” cassette. so when i read that one of the songs was ‘Jesus Saves’ i run to my parents and say ‘look! these guys are Christian. They have a song called Jesus Saves!”
so they bought it for me lol.
