In this july untill December 2023 i will go to monk mode and learn kali and other martial art tools and also do calisthenics

Cool. I learned 12 angles different than me - 5-6-7 was low jab, overhand jab to top right, snake into jab top left (looks like a back fist.

You trained in the three jabs in a different order than me.


Part of my sinowali work out is to try spinning chains instead of sticks. Different feel. Cool.
