Just upgraded from a 3070 to a 4090, I was constantly pulling 240+ fps while streaming in 1080p. Its an absolute game changer!

My 6650 XT does the same for the first few minutes of running GTA 5 on ultra settings, it's clearly because the fan from the case is blowing directly at the heatsink, which cools the GPU down enough that it doesn't need it's fans to spin.

Okay that might be real IF the case fans are running fast enough to cool down the gpu and he has performance mode on, lowest quality, set to 30 frames or he’s just using a cpu with a integrated graphics.
