[Axosoft Install] v16.2 Pre-upgrade Instructions

This video is for Axosoft customers installed locally looking to upgrade to v16.2. This is a major upgrade and we have put together a pre-upgrade procedure to help streamline the time to complete the transition. NOTE: The pre-upgrade will not impact current users as it can be done while your production account is in active use.
