Bought this tonight as my first personal fight stick. It should arrive by the 5th Mar. I'm looking forward to it because as someone who grew up using sticks. It is pretty difficult playing Tekken and GG on pad. Finally I'm out of the dark ages of misinputs and discomfort.
Edit: I changed the actuator to a 2mm and the spring to a 2lb and now the stick obits aren't reading

Bought this stick as series x version . Amazing stick and i dont mind the weight. Easy swappable parts and overall functional design and i guess the weight is a part of it. Nice to carry due to the flat design and the handles. Hori has never dissapointed me. ☮️

I have this stick. That slot inside is for a usc c adapter. Incase u plan to connect to the ps5’s usb c port.

Just pre ordered the sf6 hori edition. It’s beautiful. Also wats cool is it comes with a link or code/drive that allows u to print up to 20 different of ur favorite fighters so u can switch the cover. That’s crazy! I never heard a company do that that was sponsored by another publisher. I’m definitely putting Juri’s feet on my cover oh yes yummers!

Just ordered this a few days ago. Needed a stick to use on playstation since im primarily xbox. Hoping we get more universal sticks in the future. Dont think we have enough universals out here.

Also, let’s see a review of the DualSense Edge! I just got mine. Haven’t opened it yet, but with the haptics, speaker and mic, so I don’t have to wear headphones on a fireteam, makes it my favorite controller of all time. 💯

Glad you showed the guts, I used to use a mayflash and it wasn't enjoyable, I totally forget about square and octangel gates, I hope it comes with one.

I'm getting tried of not doing supers of inputs because of the steamdeck dpa. I know a fightstick don't magically make you better but atlest my inputs will be constent so i can learn combos. I got good fundamentals and win most matches without even being able to combo all I need are my specials and supers

The slot for the USB dongle has been there since the release of this stick for Xbox which was a couple of years ago at this point. They haven't done anything with it and probably won't. It's likely just a left over feature from the CAD drawing during prototyping.

The crowne buttons sounded so nice to my ears! Really great video! I had a HRAP4 and it broke without me using it much at all. It's made me think Hori definitely has some way of making it only last for a certain amount of time before it breaks because while it wasn't new, it was still straight out of the box pretty much. So I personally might avoid Hori products.

Licensed controllers work because the encoder inside is authentic. If someone buys a used official co troller and someone modded it and removed that specific encoder it won’t work

I have a Hori PS4 stick and I can confirm it does NOT work with PS5 games. It works fine with PS4 games on PS5 but not native PS5 games unless the game has legacy controller support - which most big-budget fighting games should have, don't expect it to work with newly released shmups or anything though.

I'm curious how far the legacy support goes. Will a PS3 MadCatz SE/TE work for SF6 on the PS5? I doubt it, but I'd like to see if anyone can try.

my biggest gripe about this stick is that it's got too much plastic and it doesn't have a good enough weight, it's way too light. Also it has this hallow plasticky sound when playing, i wish it had more sound dampening material and also more metal body parts for that rigidity and weight

Hori come square joystick. Is that good? I suppose a hexagon one is better?
