Both of you have fabulous views. You, Andrew my friend, was the one that convinced me move (Mexico ended up my choice) during the lockdowns. Best thing I did.

Argentina and Uruguay 👍 I am 62 now, been in the USA for 42 year since I came to college from a 3rd world country. I have ended in San Diego, Solana Beach, Ca, beautiful house with a mile from the beachI and an amazing social life among some great people. I can’t stand living there anymore with all the nonsense going on there. Seeing a great country going downhill is breaking my heart and spirit. So, I have been searching more than 20 countries to retire and spend the rest of my life in a country where I can be seriously happy, I have decided on Argentina and Uruguay months before I watched this great video. By this coming December I will be there. Great video, your host is transparent and I will take him as my new mentor. I will search him and learn more of him.

I am from Argentina; born and raised in the province of Mendoza (wine country west of BA) and I must warn you of something. Although BA looks like a beacon of good opportunities at the current times; and I am particularly excited with Milei´s election to preside the country; there are still many folks with the old Peronist´s mentality, of state welfare dependance and entitlement. Most of them are old people, irrecuperable from that fascist mentality unfortunately, and most live in the surroundings of BA DC. Those are the brained washed low-class Argentinians brought in the mid 40´s by the nefarious General Peron, to be his nonofficial militia. I am not attempting to tire you with boring history, all I am trying to say is, that I am personally looking at whether Milei can secure a second term in office or not. Look, the war we are currently fighting in Argentina, it is a cultural one. We must change new generation´s mentality to consolidate a model of freedom, dealing with people that has suffered Stockholm´s syndrome for over 8 decades. I hope we can win this one and bring in as many useful law-abiding immigrants as possible to our home county!!

My parents brought our family from Argentina to the United States seeking a better future. 20 plus years later, I think it may be a good idea to reconsider going back if “Que mala” wins.

Argentinian here. Very happy to hear this talk, and what people say about my country. That said, Argentina's fate is still as predictable as the flip of a coin, much like the US is right now. I can only hope for the best.

I moved to Argentina 2 years ago to work on getting citizenship, and seeing Milei’s push to tackle corruption and cut down on wasteful spending has given me some hope. It actually makes me feel optimistic about investing in Argentina

I love that Argentina has so much wilderness land. Patagonia for example.

I've been looking at Argentina for a few years. Been to Jujuy 5 times. My wife is from there. We are planning on retiring to Argentina. I hope Melei stays the course.

It's wonderful to hear about Argentina's more towards economic & political freedom! Sounds like a country that is worth investment. That said, as a native Tennessean, I will stay and fight for the land and the liberties that were won by my forefathers at the expense of their own ease, fortunes, and even their very lives.

As a latin american I tell you: Careful with Latin America. Very cyclical, can turn from paradise to hell on a dime and viceversa. If you want long term social and economic stability, peace, solid rule of law and predictability, LA is NOT your place. And the few places that have this (Costa Rica, Uruguay) are not cheap anymore. You’ve been warned.

Brazil seems to be going the path of Peronist Argentina. It will be better off when Brazilians realize that they don't need most of these politicians as much as the politicians need them. Not a Bolsonaro fan but he at least understands that the tax burden on the populace is absurd, especially when it's so obvious that these taxes are not going where they should go.
