Please note that with no hardwork you will struggle even in IITBCSE. If you are willing to work hard and take risks you can do wonders in any college or branch. This is a nuanced topic and one must do proper research. Don't take my opinion as a line on stone. 😬

This is so problematic, and wrong, and feels like you are pushing courses over actual education.

Kids who are reading this: DO NOT PRIORITIZE colleges over branch. Choose the branch you want to do. You can not learn everything on your own. For example: Learning Python is NOT = CS.

IIT Bombay ka metallurgy is better than random college ka CS = This is horribly incorrect. You can't compare streams across colleges like that. If you want to do metallurgy, them even a tier 2 college's metallurgy is better than IIT Delhi's Computer Science. Networking is NOT the most important thing. You can learn it anywhere. Always prioritize WHAT you want to learn.

Definitely go for college first you can literally learn anything taught in other branch by self study through internet and nowadays it is common practice and easier then it was ever before.
