Buildbox Game Spotlight: Way Out Puzzle

This week’s game spotlight is Way Out Puzzle by Hatim Makki. Built with Buildbox, it’s a unique take on puzzle board games. To advance to the next level, players must think outside the box and quickly.

Way Out Puzzle is a classic game of strategy that will put your critical thinking, speed, and logic skills to the test. The objective is simple. Find a way to get the red box on the board to the coin placed at the exit. Players are allowed to move the colored boxes up, down, left, or right, depending on their position. There are little arrows on the ends of the boxes pointing in the direction you’re permitted to move. To win, you must think outside the box, literally, when it comes to sliding your red box to the exit.

Each level is also timed, with a ticking clock, so you’ll have to think fast. If you take too long to make the right moves, it’s game over! There are four levels of difficulty: beginner, intermediate, advanced, and IQ 120+ for those seeking a challenge. As you progress in the game, new levels are unlocked. This out-of-the-box puzzle game has everything you’d expect, including a suspenseful ticking sound as the clock approaches zero and a variety of complicated board layouts to keep you challenged and obsessed with solving each level.
