Self love is the best gift you can give not, you’ll attract all kinds of chaos. Mind Body Nd the one thing we forget to do as women.... bc we’re so many things to so many ppl (wife, sister, mother, friend time for yourself if a REQUIREMENT.... I am getting ready to turn 28 at the end of this month and I definitely want to make some changes for this year that will benefit me. I definitely agree with you with opening up about your feelings and I definitely have felt the same way. To feel like you're not being heard is not healthy.
