I think the only ones who've done double chairs is, up to now for:
Was USA,
UK,
Norway,
Vladerveen, (can't spell it!)
Some do not even have blocks. But the face the USA has not done it now until it's 25th season, I think it's a green light for the UK to follow suit! 5 judges is gonna be more fun imo
