The forearm extensors get pretty glued and gummy throughout the office day, and time spent with the dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells doesn't help too much.

Tack, smash and spin your way to relief from ailments like tennis elbow. Makes a great part of the warm-up to do before heavy grip training. Can also be done with a peanut.
