Great video Asa. You should do another video of the restaurants further down and the old town. People miss out on so much of Benidorm by not exploring further than the Strip.

I didn't know about the indoor market, but all those bars and that area I prefer to avoid. My favourite parts of a Benidorm holiday didn't get a mention. Benidorm Island, boat trips, the old town, Albir and Altea, which are beautiful, Benidorm Palace, the beaches, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica. Benidorm has a reputation of being tacky, but there's a lot of places to go and things to see which are definitely not tacky. Just avoid that area in the video, unless you're after pubs and loud music 😃

Bloody hell was that the Riudor hotel one the left like 5:15... I was there in 1988 on a lads holiday....which turned out to be my last ever holiday to Benidorm. I remember there was a night time security guard who wore them pilot sunglasses at night and suddenly appear from the dark if anyone was near the pool late at night...very creepy. And that Talk Of The Coast... Did it used to be called Talk Of The Town back in the late 1980s?.... I also remember Sticky Vicky and Top Of The Pops bar....the water park....and Elvis with his "88" comeback special at the Benidorm Palace....fun memories.

Thanks Asa. I've been to Benidorm a couple of times and love the place like you say you never know what you are going to see that but I found this video very interesting and some really good advice from somebody who lives in Benidorm. I hope this video helps people who want to go to Benidorm for a holiday I did a few videos myself when I was there and people seem to find them very handy

Great video. Back again in November and then again in March. Its a resort of so many variables parts of the old town are very traditional and show the towns fishing post roots. New town still has plenty of variety and some of the best 'free' (ok you'll pay a bit for a drink) entertainment. The prom and beach are in my opinion unrivalled.
