This is beautiful, but also elaborate af
I did the pleated crescent one yesterday, and i love how it turned out, but it took so much effort (and there is a learning curve to it definitely)
I think unless its for a special event or something im gonna stick to the turkmen way of doing it (which is basically where you spread the dough really wide, then cut roughly 5x5cm squares, and join the corners of each in the center over where the filling is)
