Based on the negative comments, there are several ignorant people out there.  Ann was a friend of Cornell's, has been for many years.  He also did Heart's intro for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame a few years back.  She's going through a lot right now with family drama and is mourning her friend.  This was obviously done last minute with little to no prep time, but this living legend did an outstanding job, considering the circumstances.
