Fun fact: "Donkey Kong" was a name made up because the translators wanted a word for "stubborn/rude" and came back with Donkey. So even the big DK falls into this naming scheme.

Battle of Chickamauga ranged from 18-20 September 1863 in the northern area of Georgia. It was a chaotic fight with some commanders not knowing where to go, some improvising, and others refusing to leave their positions. Like the 21st Ohio on Snodgrass Hill. Armed with Colt Revolving Rifles they repelled repeating Confederate assaults for hours. Because the Confederates were attacking, even in the night, they suffered more killed and wounded than the Union Army of the Cumberland that escaped to Chattanooga. The town was later besieged by the Confederates who were then routed after a series of battles like Missionary Ridge where upwards of 4, 000 Confederates were captured along with 40 artillery pieces.
