I WAS BORN FOR THIS:

I love the adventure zone with all my heart (awesome fisher by the way!!! So void-y). If you are looking for similar story or vibe, I got you.

Right now I’m listening to rolling with difficulty, an actual play podcast of four goofballs as they travel around the planscape doing odd jobs. Sort of Stolen Century vibes. Long episodes, but good for drawing.

Welcome to nightvale is about a small desert town rampant with weird silly things on the slight edge of creepy. Long, less story-oriented, more entertainment oriented. Good for an endless supply of laughs and gay.

Wolf 359: strange happenings on a spaceship orbiting a red dwarf. Silly goofy characters and DEEP emotional damage.

The Magnus archives: a horror anthology podcast. HORROR. Not really at all related to TAZ except both stories start with stupid, tiny adventures that then with a massive twist are somehow STRIKINGLY important. Gay.

The penumbra podcast. Oh the penumbra. In the first season, it was supposed to be anthology, but the creators got too attached to the stories of the second citadel and JUNO STEEL MY BELOVED. Seasons 2-4 just surround those two separate worlds. I highly recommend listening to both stories as the Second Citadel is more high fantasy and a commentary on modern issues where Juno steel is a futuristic sci-fi noir genre with a focus on what the world could look like and I don’t know. It scratches an itch I didn’t know I had. Addiction, abuse, murder, corruption, mind control, gay, it’s got everything. Both shows are hilarious and good for doodling

Dungeons and Daddies is my favorite DnD podcast! It's an adult comedy podcast that has absurd humor but also has a lot of really heartfelt moments exploring genrational trauma!

The Magnus Archives is a really great horror podcast. It starts as a collection of scary stories but gradually grows a plot. Plus the narrator himself is a character with a very interesting job that even he seems to disdain at points. Highly recommend!

It has probably been mentioned before, but “Welcome To Nightvale” is just really good! It’s funny, but also in many places deeply, deeply touching.
I also really enjoy “Alice Isn’t Dead” (sort of a horror/urban fantasy road trip atmosphere) and “Within The Wires” (every season follows a different story line through the medium of cassette tapes, and they’re great.)
Also, if you generally enjoy dnd podcasts, “Dungeons and Daddies” about a dnd party made out of dads is a fun one!

I recommend M83 for drawing or Solar Fields. I sometimes go for Explosions in the Sky.

Wonderful drawing! I'd recommend All Things DnD for a podcast. They have a lot of episodes, most between 30 and 60 mins, so I listen to a couple at a time usually. Enjoy your day :)

Some ones I love to listen to are:

1. Drawfee (not exactly a podcast, but they put their streams up on YouTube and I find them very relaxing and highly funny)

2. Myths and Legends (This is a podcast does a phenomenal job telling stories of myths, legends, and folklore from around the world. This is honestly an incredible podcast and one of my favorites, and I think it wouldn’t go amiss in a recommendation if you love mythology)

3. Trash Taste (Three guys living in Japan who talk about anime and not anime. I’ve been watching since the beginning, so it’s a fan favorite for me!)

4. History of English Podcast (Literally a comprehensive guide to the history of the English language. Perhaps this is not for you, but if you’re a linguistics nerd like I am, you may find this to be your jam)

5. Human Behavioral Biology Lectures by Robert Sapolsky (Fun fact! Stanford and a bunch of other major colleges just upload their lectures online and in podcast form! Dr. Sapolsky is an incredible teacher even when you’re not actually in the class and it’s awesome to listen to if you have a hankering for something sciencey)

I listen to AC/DC. No idea why it helps me do things, including falling asleep, but it does.

Connor Price has good music and I’m not sure if they have a podcast but Secrets of Aal Terron is a good D&D series

i recommend Doctor who especially David Tennants era. It’s a british tv show that celebrating its 60th birthday this november. The show started on 23rd november 1963 and is still running to this day. David Tennant played the 10th incarnation of the doctor and he’s my fave doctor and actor.. Good Omens is another great show esp season 2 and also stars David Tennant.

The podcast I currently enjoy most & look forward to is Search Engine. There's also Reply All which the podcast that the host previously worked on which has a really big backlog of episodes. Singing Bones is also a favorite, does in depth research about old fairytales, their origins, & how they shift over the years & the host has one of the loveliest voices that have heard; there are not that many episodes and do not think that more will come out but the ones that are there are great.

I burn through audiobooks. Finishing off the Percy Jackson series (10 books, yay!) and starting in on Harry Potter (Jim Dale version, thank you very much) .

Before l say anything I love this prompt and the drawing so good and the galaxy side.
I love just role with it, it is another d&d podcast with a lot of fun twists and turns that I like.
I also like SitcomD&D its another d&d podcast and its more focused on the funny and comedic side of d&d but it does still have role playing side.
Not everyone's favorite i dont think but I like distractible podcast, it's more talking about random stuff that comes to mind, and doesn't often have a coherent theme.
Last one that I like is another d&d podcast called dungeons and daddies, it's about 4 dads that get traped in another world and have to find a way out, its good.
Hope you have a good day
