I feel sorry for drivers out west since our fuel cost is only $3.19/gal. I used to live in CA around the LA area and can remember my dad paying only $0.15/gal back in the early 1960's.

I pay $4.29/gal; they shouldn’t factor in gas stations like chevron and Mobil because no intelligent driver should use them
