Nag-open ako sa bf ko about sa nangyayari sa'kin. Na there's a time na may bumubulong sa'kin na hindi ko nakikita—sa isip ko lang. Unstable mental health ko (Emotionally to Physically, drained ako). And never na n'ya akong hinayaan na maging mapag-isa knowing na naririnig ko lang yung “bulong” t'wing mag-isa lang ako.

Then one time, I was so happy. Iba na ang tingin n'ya sa'kin non and ramdam ko na medyo may pag-aalala na s'ya. Tinanong n'ya ako kung okay lang ba ako at tumango ako kasabay ng ngiti ko. Alam n'ya na hindi ako okay kaya bumili s'ya ng kung ano-anong pagkain to distract me at makalimutan ko yung bumabagabag sa'kin. Kaya t'wing napapansin n'yang hindi ako okay, it's either bumibili s'ya ng maraming pagkain o kaya nagka-cuddles kami para daw makapagpahinga yung isipan ko.

No other music video made me cry ever since I Got You by TWICE. Yung sa TWICE, happy tears eh while ito, ang sakit. Matagal ko nang naririnig ito but I have never seen the music video and I was caught off guard. The music, the acting and the videography just melded well together that all really gave me the feels. Their up and down moments are really metaphorical to the mental condition of the girl and I can really see the guy during the moments he is really being patient to her just broke my heart. Unconditional love is really something else.

To those suffering from mental illness, please hold on. Everything will eventually get better and there will be brighter days ahead. I hope you find the help you need and the love that will see past the preconceptions we have with out mind and selves. Love and light ❤️

I love how it started with a clock, parang sinasabi na there are times where eveything is good or everything is bad. Then the scenes kung saan parang may nag blink na eye that say na in a blink of an eye things can change but then you have to realize that even after all the pain you have to be strong for both of you

This song reminds me so much of my girlfriend. She's been through a lot and I really wish I was there when she was struggling. I wish I had met her sooner para noong mga panahong pakiramdam niya nag-iisa siya, andito ako para sa kanya, andito ako para kapitan niya . I'm proud of her for surviving this phase in her life. Everyday, pinaghihirapan kong maging better for her. Palagi niyang tinatanong if I can handle her and palagi ko rin siyang sinasagot na I won't leave her kahit na magkanda-letse letse na ang lahat, na I'll always choose to understand her, I'll always choose her. "hold onto someone who can handle all your flaws, disabilities and mood swings." Adding the Manic depression to the concept was a great idea, elaborating the fact that this really happens. Bulong is such a strong word for people who has this illness. Kudos to this team who made this!

What's the most painful in having depression? Wala kang makausap ng matino. Hindi alam at naiintidihan yung depression mo. Mahirap ibahagi kasi baka pagtawanan at i-down kalang. Sobra na kong depress pero pinipigilan ko lang sabihin sa iba na gusto ko ng magpakamatay... kasi baka ma reject ako at pagtawanan lang nila. Parang feeling mo lahat kaaway mo.

Kakabreak lang namin ngayon ng long-time gf ko. She is suffering depression. Lagi kong pinaparinig sakanya ito to give her assurance pero ganito talaga siguro ang buhay... hindi kami para sa isa’t isa dahil siya na mismo ang sumuko. Nandito naman ako lagi para sayo kahit anong meron ka, kahit ano ka pa. 6 years tayo. Ngayong 27 y/o na ako hindi ko alam kung saan mag uumpisa at kung papaano dahil nasanay akong ikaw ang panimula ng araw ko at kataposan ng gabi ko. Sa tagal ng panahon ngayon na lang ako ulit naging balisa sa mga bagay-bagay dahil hindi ko alam kung saan ako nagkamali at nagkulang.

the clock has multiple meanings here.
manic depression: how quick her mood changes from overjoyed to depressed in a matter of hours.
patience: loving someone with a mental illness is different. kailangan nila ng mas mahabang pasyensya at pag-unawa ng taong mahal sila. you have to be strong and face their storms together.
love: take time to show them your honest feelings. hindi naibabalik ang oras kaya mas mabuti ng gawin mo kung ano yung sinisigaw ng puso mo para hindi ka magsisi sa huli.
