Gaggia Classic (pre 2015) - 10 bar pressure test - OPV mod

This Gaggia was manufactured in 2002.
OPV was previously 14 bar which is the default factory setting.
I manually adjusted the OPV to 10 bar.
The general consensus is that setting the OPV to 10 bar will give you 9 bar at the puck/spout. Some people claim setting it even lower around 6-7 bar gives good results but I have not tried this.

been searching high and low for someone who actually posts the parts they bought for the gauge, so thanks! Do you think it needs any teflon tape or a gasket to make sure it's sealed fully? Or will you get an accurate enough reading without it?

did you use a basket? At first I did, but it was a leaky mess. Testing without worked awesome. What do you think?
