It's so easy to insult an American. All you have to do is open your mouth. Whatever it is represents an insult. I can remember getting off a plane at LA after 24 hours of travelling without sleep. I found a food place and asked for a cup of white coffee please. You wouldn't believe the response. The attendant drew herself up to full height and proclaimed "we serve blacks and whites the same coffee here". How to insult an american in one easy lesson. Say something.

I am half Aus living in Aus with an American accent. This went the other way when I first got here - someone said "ah he just went and bought her one" and I said "f off no way" and this guy got very upset with me.

I guess It's kinda like how when Aussies say c- it sounds fine, but with an American accent it sounds bad.
