This fits the anine amazingly well. It's a spoiler of the situation with the former dragon pilot (the yakult lady) and miko (her lover), when they called Masotan "Montparnasse" and their inevitable separation and yearning to be together, despite the circumstances that tore them apart in the most cruel fashion, only for Hisone and Masotan to solve the problem due to their mutual love, understanding and support of each other, instead of being lost in selfish motivations. And of course the anime is also about everyone learning their lesson, so "Back to School" (the actual name of the song).
Also, even with subtitles it's nearly impossible to follow what they're actually singing. LOL
After all, they're just singing along a katakana-transliterated text that means literally nothing to them because it's not even a translation, but a phonetic transliteration that misses even the basic nuances of French. And kudos for them for singing it even as badly as they do, it's a nearly impossible task!

The voice actors did their best. They don't know French but I think they did a fair job for covering a song in such a dif language from their native one. Like, c'mon. Even I knew it was French from the first listen.
