honestly lego is something I've wanted to take up as a hobby, we have a massive bin of lego all unsorted. I tried brickit and it's really helpful for finding pieces.

I have done an app like the last one ( not for lego and much more simple ) and I have to say that you have to spend a lot of time programming the "object detector". Incredible app!

There used to be a Lego app that let you search their catalogue of pieces, build with them, then provided a full list of what you built with so you could order it as a set. Is that/something similar not around any longer?

Any idea if there's an app that helps you to identify what part or minifig you have? I just bought like 500 star wars minifigs and sets and I have no idea how to identify all these. Scanning it with a phone sounds great, if it gave me a part number from bricklink or a set number for what set its from.

Brick search is isn’t scanning anything seems like the app was a scam cuz it doesent do anything but tell me I have a cmf box vs which cmf is inside
