Celeste is a hardcore 2D platforming game made by the folks that brought us Towerfall and Towerfall Ascension. In-game, Celeste is actually the name of the mountain that you climb. The game's main character goes by the name of Madeleine, a young girl who climbs the mountain for some self fulfilling purpose unknown to the player.

Celeste has quickly stolen my attention as the main game I need to play to finish. While I loved Towerfall back during the PS4's launch, the game never saw much playtime outside of the single player campaign. Celeste has already proven to be longer and packed with many secrets for me to discover, as well as a hard mode.
