Does this one also have the "explode in the air" feature like all the others HK kits?

No... it just looks like this because of the frequency the camera does pictures... if you have a look at Formular 1 cars it looks like the same...

Great work guys!!! I don't know WHY everyone always says "Oh, that's a knock off of so & so" I mean Come on guys... they can't build stuff out of tooth picks. Of course it's gonna look like something else.

This definitely a T-Rex 700 DFC clone. In fact, it's so accurate that nearly every part is interchangeable. Though many of the parts are of different quality than with the Align model. Some worst and in some cases, better than the original. - which was quite surprising. 

That being said, I find this to be a very exciting product at $250 dry, Not only for parts but for maintenance as well. ie, I had a wobble and couldn't for the life of me figure out where it was coming from. And this kit allowed me to rebuild my unit part by part and discover the cause. And so now, I get to keep a second 700 on stand-by at all times.

does the propellors change direction when it flips

I purchased one of these guys, ill put it to the test of hard core 3d.

The pitch of the propellors changes basically from this \ to this / when the helicopter changes from flying upright to inverted. The propellers continue to spin in the same direction.

Now just get rid of the DFC head and put on a standard FBL single piece head, then swap the TT for a belt and I would be very tempted to try this heli. Perhaps they will release some variant models in the future,

dear HK, since almost all the hardware is a clone of align 700, just by the look of it,
you might want to upgrade the tail shaft to 6mm, not 5mm. That also means you need to update the tail rotor hub to 6mm hole, or there will be story where the tail shaft snaps in the air.

I don't mean to offend whoever did the flying for the video but I would like to see it flown by a pro. I guess all to pros rep for other manufacturers though.

Oh hell... why does the pilot only flips and rolls?
There was no material-incriminating figure at all!
Maybe because he knows what the machine is able to do and with what figures it explodes in the air?!?!?
If I look at videos of Blade helis for example it survives at least the first hard flight!

If you own align 700 DFC, you will see that it is a knock off. except the frame.
