I personally play Rengar casually and surprise myself to see how I suddenly have all of our teams kills at minute 30. Rengar truly does something to our brains

Rengar is one of the coolest and hardest assasin to master. Even if azzap was being sarcastic here( short out of context clip, cant know for sure) it doesnt take away from the fact that rengar is hella unique since you can utilize him in literally every role with almost every possible playstyle. Assasin, bruiser, tank, ap stasis, ap dmg, engage support, roaming support. Such a cool character love him. Im gay for rengar

At some point i start to learn Rengar (only because of pretty kitty skin lol) and after overcoming some struggles with the mechanics, combo management and etc, i eventually had become a decent player on this champ for a small amount of time. But sadly something still (mb my macro knowledge) won't allowing me to find a consistent way to snowball myself in every or at least major amount of games. So Azzapp kinda have point, but i'm more of exception than the rule.

It's because Rengar is a trash champ so just like Vel'Koz players we gotta be way smarter to get to the same level as others : ^)

As someone who is a Rengar main and a Physics major I feel personally attacked

Why?

Because rengar mains have to make very quick decision making, and have to plan ahead due to his Ferocity.

Deciding wether Q2 W2 or E2 is the best is a tough choice as choosing the wrong one most likely loses you the fight.

On top of that comes his passive with simmilar attributes having to plan ahead where you will junp and what you will be doing afterwards, and if or how youre gonna get out after jumping in.

Thats why.

My "only" issue with rengar is how his jump from bush works. If I'm stood 10cm from you, in the same bush, with vision on you, how the f are able to jump me? Or just vision on you. Makes no sense. If this means to be "ambush" mechanics, how can you ambush if I can see your balls swinging in the grass?

Honestly rengar is an absurd champion.
No other assassin has a 3 second root in their combo. But saying he's brain dead is stupid.
There are reasons 99% of the community can't pilot this champion.

rengar has interesting micro combos and passive management and such, but he kinda throws macro out of the window.

his kit has extremely abusable aspects that make him a nightmare to shut down when ahead, and even when behind can team up with allies to get many, many kills.

the problem with rengar is it's way too easy for him to comeback when behind and way too easy for him to snowball out of control in uncoordinated play.

the best way to deny rengar anything is really to have good macro, because medium-poor macro means he gets to do whatever he wants.
