Hello everyone, in this video we have discussed about All India Bar Examination also known as the Bar Exam which is given by law graduates who want to practice in the court of law.

Recently there has been a change in the Exam pattern. Earlier it was an open book exam in which students were allowed to carry books, study materials, notes and bare acts. But now it has been changed and the only thing a candidate can carry is bare acts(without notes).

Thank you for making such video . But there is dilemma with regard to which bare acts are allowed in exam hall . As BCI told bare acts without notes will be allowed but in the market each and every bare act has some comments, illustrations, short notes etc. Will this all be construed as notes. Please clarify !

Mam, reg eligibility. U mentioned that we have to write exam with 2 years of regn with state bar. I understand there is no such restriction. Pl clarify on this please. I have just lapsed 2 years. Request you to reply. Thanks

Dont so panic. You should carry all important bare act .and read some important case laws. And mostly read constitution case laws. Its really easy paper. Am clear that paper without any hard preparation.
