Would love to see a hearts and arrow five Diamond display with either ideal and excellent cut diamonds. + Have it in a random place that the audience see if they can pick it up

Good info. I was wondering what the difference was between "Excellent" Cut Diamonds: ACA (A Cut Above) by Whiteflash, Astor Cut by James Allen, TrueHearts by Blue Nile, Rare Carat Ideal by Rare Carat. It's basically all Hearts and Arrows just marketed differently by said company, Kind of like how every oil company goes to the same oil refinery, but then do something different to the oil and give it a different name: Techron by Chevron, V-Power by Shell...etc

Thank you. Your videos assisted me in buying my dream diamond to gift to my partner. I'm a perfectionist and it proved time consuming but worth every bit of it now I finally have the one!

I got a 1.57ct, Colourless - F colour, VVS 2 with the imperfections invisible to the naked eye, Hearts and Arrows cut with an Excellent polish, symmetry and zero fluorescence.

Hi, many thanks for this, very helpful. Can you do a session, comparing 'excellent' cut and True hearts from JA - in one of a classic diamond setting? Currently in a search of a ring, and this would be really helpful, thank you

Good info on diamonds. But the idea that she will wear this same ring everyday for the rest of her life is not necessarily true. And that the first diamond you get her needs to be really expensive. People upgrade their wedding rings all the time, so it's ok if you can only get something modest at first and upgrade over time as your finances mature. Many people, including me, see that continuous forward growth as a couple to be more romantic than the outdated idea of wearing the same old ring you were proposed to with 40yrs ago, which may no longer be your style or reflective at all of the growth you've experienced together. It's also a great way to say to your partner you'd still ask her to marry you today after all this time, and for her to say i will still say yes.
