You cannot use S.A.S property because it have a right angle, a common or a hypotenuse side and a radius. Therefore you can use only R.H.S propety .

Are you sure this is right? Yes, OA, <OAP, OP are equal to OB, <OBP, OP, but what you have here is SSA, not SAS (i.e. the identified right angle is not the included angle between OA/B and OP). I thought only SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS and HL confirm congruency, SSA is not sufficient.
