There are some great 400m women out there for this Olympics. I'm happy Lieke keeps putting stronger races together. She isn't emptying the tank too early.

For me, the Dutch women are the ones to watch in the women's 4×400 and the mixed 4×400. They're pretty deep to get through qualifying fairly east, and in the finals, you have Lieke and Femke both peaking for Paris.

This Dutch group has been together a very long time, many years. They've passed the baton countless times to one another and have won a lot of medals together. They're technically very steady, best anchor in the world, and Bol and Klaver are used to multiple races in a single event.

Klaver is going to put together her perfect race soon enough, I hope it comes in the Olympics. She is such a beast in training, absolute specimen of a woman. She is like a marble statue.
