I understand everyone concern with ash gren getting these tutor moves, but did we really expect gamefreak to make it so it cant use tutor moves.

As opposed to making some mediocre mons better, gamefreak decides to give lando defog and ash gren a buff. They're just trying to break singles at this point.

Yes, it is cool that Battle Bond Gren now can have access to Gunk Shot through Move Tutors (like we expected) 'cause it's helpful to snipe common switch ins like Bulu and Fini, tho its weaker than a Gunk coming from Protean Gren

This isn't good enough. Battle bond should change into no-guard once Gren transforms and then it should get Zap Cannon.

Tbh Gunk Shot for Gren isn't as big of a deal as people think. Most of Gren's switch-ins are already 2HKOd by Pump or Pulse after Rocks or Spikes anyway (which will most likely be up since IkuZ usually starts playing mid battle) so Gunk Shot doesn't change much. Sure it catches his only true switch-in, Fini, but let's be honest, when was the last time you saw Tapu Fini or decided to use her over other Tapus or Defoggers?

Not to mention that Pump, Pukse and Shuriken are mandatory and to use Gunk Shot you'd have to forgo Spikes, which is the thing that made Ash-Greninja so powerful in the first place.

TL;DR: I see little reason to use Gunk Shot over Spikes unless you want to stunt and run Banded Ash-Greninja

Friendly reminder that Gunk Shot was the single move that made Protean Gren broken enough to ban from OU in ORAS. With Ash-Gren having it, defensive cores are going to have a really hard time switching in after Toxipex is weakened.

I'd like to mention, with Naive nature, the extra 4 EVs in attack, and a Life Orb, it's garunteed to OHKO Fini with a standard OU defensive set.

This is pretty insane tbh, but I do enjoy the buffs because I use ash gren a lot. It does mean that Ash Gren can effectively destroy its counters like Fini and Tangrowth with ease with Gunk shot, low kick, and ice punch respectively.

joey what's you taught on that new necrozma "true form", he's dragon/psychic with those as his base stat 97/167/97/167/97/129, and his ability Neuroforce: Powers up moves that are super effective.
