1. How to prove ownership for a tokenized real estate property? Nowadays we sign tons of paper in from of lawyers and they keep all the records. I understand the records can be kept in a blockchain. But how I can tie together a real estate property and a token?
2. The same about fractional ownership. We decide to make two tokens for one real estate property and pay to but the token. Okay, but how it turns to paper records if it does?

Brah, you need an update. In dubai, real estate transactions are alreay taking place on the blockchain allowing transactions to be completed within a day or days at max. No one is talking about this.

Your Lender question is the same question I’m pondering. If say you have a developer would they be able to access funds circumventing traditional banks? Think a Kickstarter for Real Estate where you bring investors & developers to the table with a tokenized service would be interesting
