3 Ways Ben from Telltale’s Walking Dead was Helpful

Always liked Ben as he portrayed a simple teen thrown into a zombie apocalypse, sure some can adapt but Ben is how a lot of kids/teens be in this situation

When Ben stood up to kenny it was a very nice scene, it tells the player that ben isnt a kid who hasnt been through the ringer

I only kept him alive after the bell tower since clementine liked him and he wouldn't even be in that situation if he didn't grab the axe on the door with walkers all behind it lol

it’s funny how we would act and behave like Ben if we were also in a zombie apocalypse. Not every character has to be badass to be good.

Ben is one of the best charachters in the story. He somehow felt real. The fact that he made mistakes helped the story pretty much.

Ben was treated Like a kid by all of the characters, No one gave him a chance

Sorry but I'm not a Ben fan. He sold everyone out to the bandits, killing duck and Katja, and couldn't even admit that he did it to Lily, getting Carley killed. He made it apparent that he had to tell Kenny what he did tho! Just to arise more issues. Then on top of that he grabbed the damn axe from the door handle. The ONLY reason I tried to save him at the tower was for Clem. Even then tho he didn't care about Clem and left her alone with all the walkers until Chuck thankfully jumped in, but then HE DIED.

If it weren't for Ben's advice, then Lee, Kenny and Lilly and clem would all die to Larry when he had a heart attack in the meat locker

Ben means well but road to hell paved with good intentions and all that. He does his okay for being a scared kid who had to watch his friend and teacher die. But when he stands up to Kenny, that’s one of the best deliveries in video game history *chefs kiss

Ben might look like Shaggy Rogers, but he can't handle an apocalypse like him.

If Ben didn’t tell them that you come back no matter what they wouldn’t have to smash Larry’s head in when they were all trapped in the meat locker so Larry would have turned and killed them all. So A+ Ben.

I always wondered why so many people hated him poor kid lost so much in his life I felt so bad when he fell town the bell tower I wanted to replay the episode just to save him

He kept messing up people forget he may be a teen but he’s old enough to understand he’s not 12.Especially when he let Clem almost die after he already got a family killed he gets treated like a kid because he acts like one 😭

he also picks up lees gun when he drops it in episode 5 and gives it back to him

He also volunteered to help you find Clementine if you kept him alive. He still dies, but it’s more honorable.

Thank you I don’t know why people were hating on Ben so much even after he died when I watched CoryxKenshins streams on YouTube so many of the comments were telling Ben to shut up
