Introducing my new package, created for internal needs of QuickAdminPanel generator, but may be useful to the community, too, so decided to release it as open-source thing.

Would it generally be a good idea to not reload charts using AJAX to check for changes but rather push it from server to front end only when there really are changes? (So when there are more people looking at administration they don't spam AJAX requests every 10 seconds.)
