I got the provision admission email since February 27, I have uploaded my passport as requested but I can't take the Digital Literacy Course. It's either the link is giving this feedback "This site can’t be reached" or when I put my login details it takes me back to the login page.

I have been unable to access the course.

Dear Sir,

I want to express my gratitude to Baze University for providing me with the opportunity to enroll in the Digital Literacy course. It has been an enriching experience, and I have gained a lot of valuable knowledge from the course content.

The materials covered in the course were extensive, covering a wide range of topics related to digital literacy. I appreciated the depth of information provided, as it allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.

However, I encountered a technical issue while attempting to take some of the quizzes. Despite having thoroughly reviewed the course outline and feeling prepared to answer the questions, I encountered a problem when clicking the "start" button. Instead of displaying the quiz questions, I received a notification stating that I had already completed the quiz. This issue prevented me from fully engaging with the assessment component of the course and impacted my ability to demonstrate my understanding of the material.

Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Digital Literacy course at Baze University. Despite the technical hiccup, I found the course content to be valuable and informative, and I believe it has equipped me with essential skills for navigating the digital world.
