Love your videos (and that pesky whisk)! I would have never thought to thicken black beans with corn starch - but now it's a no brainer.
Food prep always includes various sauces, or components to make them. I like that you your food prep isn't specific dishes, but rather flexible ingredients.

I just made the chimichurri sauce again and man oh baby it is so delicious. Even my vegetarian friend says its great haha.
