This is the best video on this subject. I use it regularly in my EFL classes. I also like the presenter's accent. It's different from mine (I'm a native American), and it's different from my students' (who are mostly Mexicans). I think it's good for students to listen to different accents, as they will need to speak to people from all over the world.
