I wish people would stop referring to Oculus VR as "Facebook".

Yes, Facebook brought them out. That doesn't automatically mean they make all the decisions, however - Oculus VR technically operates independently from Facebook in spite of being a subsidiary.

Im still settling for Oculus Rift, it has way less cords than the Vive and, with other add-ons, like leap motion, a hand tracking device, and ARAIG, it will be awesome.

You can either get a Rift knock off that's a crappy vomitfest, or wait and get something that has taken time to do it properly.

the other vr headsets are being released sooner because they're rushing their product out the door, whereas Oculus is putting time and research into their headset

hololens is not an oculus competitor, one is a computer. the other is a video headset.

google cardboard is literally a cardboard box that only works on specific smartphones. You would also need to buy a new cardboard box every time you got a new phone

What is the BEST controller for VR ? there are so many prototypes, if we have to buy all of them, that'd cost a lot, which one will be most supported by vr developers ?

The Controller is important too, will keyboard and mouse be enough ?

Please give us more than sword fight, magic power, and puzzle solving games.  Try open end, total immersion, menu driven set-ups for starters.

Looks like im getting the VIVE then...
Coming out earlier and the tracking system is just too good.
I have everything Oculus thats available to have...
If VIVES coming out earlier Oculus needs to show us something that really blows my mind before i buy CV1
