There should be a grove on the floor where the wall slide in. Having them sit at the top and then sealing with cement doesn’t inspire much confidence regarding the stability of the walls.

Thanks Sana Muema. I have watched most of your videos on these construction projects and they're all appealing. You are doing an AMAZING JOB. My heart goes to the precast panels ABT. The only worry I have is about stability/durability of the house. Is the plastering at the base, with or without the steel C beams enough to sustain the wall errect? And secondly, Can I use precast concrete panels to build a maisonnette? Kindly respond.

This is not safe, they need to be anchored to the floor or have rebar going across. Also fill cement slurry between joints for thermal isolation.😮
