Done! Did this after my ebook workout. Gor in 3 full rounds plus the squats S2OHs. Not as many rounds as I wanted but I was dying 😂 use 20lbs plus the bar

RXd this workout with 65# and got 3 rounds + 17 reps. Moved through round 1, under 3 minutes, without stopping. I’m proud of that round and that I finished the workout.

6 rounds +15 reps. 45# bar and I'm dead. Did Saturdays TTSL with this.

Started with 67 lbs but realized after a set of squats it was unsustainable. Dropped to 56 lbs and got 4 rounds and 10 reps. Holy cardio haha

My 1st time doing front squats so I went slow so I could make sure my form was on point. I did 5 rounds even with 25#

Kelsea Hellyar I told you I was going big and I did 65#. I had some stops when I had to take a deep breathe, yell myself to keep going, and move on. I got 4 full rounds + front squats and 6 S2OH

MetCon-11:36- first set banded pull-ups then switched to ring rows for the remaining rounds. 65#....my arms are shaking!

TTSL Daily “Puttin in Werk” plus movement challenge.

Warmup ✅

ME - 45/95/105/110/115 - the rack was far away from the cardio equipment so I did 15 26# KBS instead of the run.

Metcon - 15:08 - I did 55# and green banded pull-ups. I did as many pull-ups as I could strict, and then added a toe assist with the band.

Cooldown - just walked around the indoor track.

6 full rounds plus 15 front squats. Rounds 1&2 with 40# Rounds 3-6+ with 30#. Im so dead and sweaty!! I love it! ❤️🔥
