Her channeling at the first, about holding onto feelings, was very personal for me. I am not completely sure as to how to "let go" of stuff, but I get the message. And so I googled "Let go and Let God", and now I understand her (their) message better. In short, "be willing to submit to God's will and trust God with all your heart. Do not depend on your own understanding, but seek God's will, and God will show you which path to take". So if I "feel" hurt, I don't need to depend on my own understanding of what that hurt is about. I don't have to mull it over and over again. With my ADHD brain that is hard to not do.
