Chime needs to let us add money to our account with atm instead of at a retailer at the cashier. I don't understand why that's not option. I hope it is in the future

Our cash deposit partners will not accept the chip or the manual entry of your debit card number. If the magnetic strip of your card is damaged, you will not be able to make a cash deposit and will need to replace your card. If you're encountering issues with your Chime card, the fastest way to replace your card is through the Chime Mobile App! Go to Settings > Replace My Card > My card is damaged > then confirm your current address. Your request will be registered immediately! 💚

My only problem with chime is how long it takes for a check to clear after a mobile deposit. I worked at a company where for whatever reason my direct deposit never went through so I kept getting physical checks and would just cash them out because of how long it took for a check to clear after depositing on my phone.
