Thanks for your recent strategies! I think it takes effort to get past the hit to your confidence when students do not re-book. You did a great job outlining the reasons why people cannot take classes anymore and did not take it personally. You also showed that it is ok to “weed out” new prospects that won’t work. A+ to you.
