Russia slams UKs decision to deliver depleted uranium shells to Ukraine

The Kremlin said on Wednesday that the UK "will have to take responsibility" for supplies of depleted-uranium ammunition to Ukraine.

The UK sent “thousands of rounds of Challenger 2 ammunition to Ukraine," in particular, "depleted uranium armour-piercing rounds,” British Armed Forces minister James Heappy said on Tuesday.
