40 Art Styles Challenge (SPEEDPAINT)

HEY what’s up youtube i’m still alive

i started working on this several months ago, and just recently i decided to finish it. everyone else was doing 10-20 styles, but the whole process was so fun that i wanted to emulate 40 styles. flex that art muscle babey

the general standards i set for myself were:
- draw it so that it looks like a character drawn by the art team
- design it so that it looks like a character from the show/game
- if i had to furry myself, i would change up the animal every time
- the colors to work with are purple, green, yellow, and blue

also the song theme this time around is modern video game music, remixed into dance bops. so enjoy :D

I'm not even halfway through the video yet, but this is already one of the best style challenges I've seen. Like, the amount of effort that went into this, not only in the time and amount of styles, but the accuracy is beyond awesome! You nailed slot of styles I didn't expect you to, like Powerpuff girls (so much harder than it looks) and brought out styles I never thought you would, like SpongeBob and peanuts. You emulated shading and added details to stuff to make it look like you belonged in that world, which I found super rad. Overall, the best style challenge I've seen on all of youtube

Wow, this is one of the few times I've seen someone nail the Ghibli style pretty dead on! All of the others were great too! Sonic maybe a little too good. I think maybe your inner anatomy nerd might've kicked in over the Sonic proportions, haha. Trust me, I was a Sonic kid and knowing how to draw Sonic today STILL hurts me. I keep wanting to give them necks. :P Not intended to be rude! I just noticed while watching how it looked like Sonic but is someone was trying to make is look like all their organs could fit and they wouldn't topple from their giant heads and hands lmaooo

The Pokèmon version of you is so cute! All of them were amazing, but that (and the
Scooby Doo version) really stood out to me.

I love your interpretation of KEI's style! It looks really close to his actual art! (for those who don't know, KEI did the original art for Hatsune Miku, Rin, and Len Kagamine)
