I see a lot of people say they have a phobia of spiders known as : Arachnophobia. (Fear of spiders) But in reality they just sit there watching somebody kill it for them. Not even showing a reaction. So just to clear some things up phobias are not just fears. A phobia is where you get anxiety from even thinking about it. For example you might have a fear of deep water. That doesn't mean you have thalassophobia. (Fear of deep waters) I have thanatophobia (Fear of death) and it's horrible. Thinking about it. Somebody dying in a movie, Or even just silence. (I'm used to having a lot of people talking in my house. I have 6 people in my family which is a bunch. And i'm used to a lot of action happening in the day. So sitting there trying to sleep in silence is really hard for me) Can trigger this phobia. So if you are going to say you have a phobia. Make sure it's not a fear.
