Quickly Add Standard Bullet Points to Text in Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop is not intended as a text layout program; however, I was working on a web page layout and decided to use Photoshop. There are a few different ways to add bullets using shortcut keys, copy-pasting a bullet, or the method I use in this video to work more independently with the bullets.

Genius. Adobe can't add a basic "hanging bullets" function to save their sorry butts. It must be, you know, _hard_
They also removed Low Resolution Mode in the latter OS versions, because removing useful features is what their users want.
