Everyone has their own take on it. It's a song that's so great for improvisation. You can spend 30 years on this masterpiece of a song and really find so many things in it. Jimi's songs were like that. This guy plays it very well.

Of all of Jimi Hendrix's music, this is the one that I think shows his true genius the most. Such a well crafted piece of guitar work and one that I have the most problem trying to figure out and get right.

That is such a beautiful opening guitar line for the song. Jimi Hendrix wasn’t just an amazing guitarist but an amazing writer and this section is sort of a combination of both where it takes a great guitarist to be able to write that but also an excellent composer to create that
